| Silicone oil is for softening silicone rubbers. Use in small amounts of up to 10 maximum. Levels above 5 may leak out of the cured silicone rubber and effect the lower tear strength. Used as a release agent in latex rubber moulds. Generally diluted with white spirits. |

| SUPERIOR MOULDING RUBBERS |
|
Latex Rubber has a high shrink rate compared to silicone rubber in addition cost considerations should be made for
the labour intensive process of building brush up moulds. Silicone Rubbers are overall superior in dimensional stability,
detail reproduction and can be more cost effective. Polyurethane rubber moulds are the best choice for concrete paver moulds.
