Amber coloured economic transparent epoxy potting resin with excellent performance in electrical applications such as potting and coating motor windings. Cures with low reaction heat forming a rock hard resin. Extend with silica flour for large work and lower costs.
Solid Cast 651 is used for electrical encapsulation and potting. It is also widely used for armature wire coating. Woodwork applications are an alternative use for Solid Cast 651 as it exhibits excellent impact resistance and bonding ability making it ideal for repairing cracks in wooden floor boards and filling knot holes in furniture.
